WEEKLY LEADERSHIP FOCUS
In support of our goal to develop leaders in every position across every level, we provide weekly targeted leadership development training. Twice a week, our leaders either receive a short video or newsletter style publication focused on aspects of personal and team development. This training is leveraged onsite by supervisors during daily meetings and provides important and pertinent curriculum to discuss with team members.
ON-SITE TRAINING
We believe that leadership is the single most important factor in building, training and developing high-performing teams. Our on-site training showcases individual practices and personal character traits of effective leaders. The program features a team of instructors who travels throughout the United States to lead training sessions, provide motivation and conduct scenario-based team building events to develop leadership skills in each of our supervisors.
ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM
To stay at the forefront of the industry, we have developed a robust online training platform for new employees and on-going training for existing employees. Digital trainings allow the UPS Industrial Services team to continuously develop technical and soft skills, as well as job-specific or safety requirements anytime, anywhere. It also ensures that company and client-required trainings are properly taught, tested and maintained.
