UPS Industrial Services is in need of a Contract Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining various reports to measure the company’s monetary performance. This position requires maintaining knowledge of Excel activities and hands-on training to perform assigned duties in an accurate manner. This entails UPSIS Company specific job requests, document verifications, data entry, and assisting other team members within the department as needed. This position is subject to responsibility changes when required.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Validate data to conform with daily business practices and procedures.
  • Verifications of templates for job setup in VESTA and other internal programs.
  • Data transfer/entry
  • Annual commercial rate updates and evaluations
  • Document control
  • Familiarity with contract language and comprehension.
  • Keeping meeting minutes

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 2 years professional office experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills and Attributes

  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • 10-key
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact will with management from all departments by leading meeting discussions.
  • Willingness to assist others.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged use of the computer.
  • Steady phone and email interactions.
  • Requires considerable concentration and focus while frequently experiencing stress caused by a changing environment, diversity in the organization, tight deadlines, and workload.
  • Above average memory.
  • Familiar with SharePoint, Viewpoint, and working with databases.
  • Ability to multi-task.
